- Air Conditioning SA will order the product/s as soon as payment is confirmed and ship the product/s as soon as stock is available.
- We hold stock of some items but other items we order from suppliers.
- We start processing your order once we have received payment. For internet transfers, we can only proceed with the order once the money reflects in our account.
- We will process your orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.
- Product deliveries will normally take 5-7 working days from confirmation of payment (depending on stock availability).
- We use a courier company to ship all the products. We have never had a problem with the shipping in the entire history of this company. Our friendly couriers can ship to any physical address within South Africa but unfortunately we can’t ship to Postal boxes.
- Should our delivery charges be incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delivery Status
- To check the status of your delivery, please contact sales@airconditioningsa.co.za (please remember to quote your order reference number in your communications with us.
Extended Delivery Times
- Should an order be placed for an item which we do not have in stock. We will order the stock from our suppliers. Should our suppliers not be able to confirm a date within three weeks from the time of the order for delivery, we will cancel the order and inform you as soon as we know.
Special Orders
- Certain special orders, including custom products, special configurations, and build to order PCs, require varying order lead times. Please see the individual product description for more details.

- Local (Johannesburg Area) : Free Delivery
- Gauteng Area : R 342 per unit (incl.VAT)
- South Africa (Outside Gauteng Area) : R570 (incl.VAT)
NOTE: For large orders of more than 10 units, there will be a discounted delivery fee. Please contact sales@airconditioningsa.co.za to confirm the delivery charges for large orders.
